Over the past 15 years, he has worked across banking, consulting, enterprise technology and life sciences. Much of that time has involved working closely with senior executives and C-level stakeholders. This broad background helps him understand new environments quickly and connect business, people and technology.
Dom is a people person with a strategic mindset. He enjoys bringing the right people together, creating clarity and turning complex ideas into practical next steps. His approach is pragmatic and commercially minded: understand the problem, test what works and scale based on evidence.
